Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Facilitator to join our team at the University of Stirling. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and synthesizing evidence on a specific topic, co-designing and delivering an evidence-informed improvement project, and participating in internal evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and synthesize evidence on a specific topic, including research, lived experience, and practice knowledge.
  • Co-design and deliver an evidence-informed improvement project, working closely with stakeholders and the IMPACT team.
  • Participate in internal evaluation and contribute to the development of lessons learned.
  • Share learning with others and support the embedding of lessons learned in policy and practice across the UK.

Requirements

  • First degree of a good standard relevant to this area of practice or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Experience of applied research and/or the implementation of innovation/new ways of working within a social care or related area of practice and policy.
  • Strong commitment to the principles of co-production and embedding these in all aspects of work.
  • Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to communicate effectively with a range of different social care stakeholders.

Working Arrangements
