Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilitator to join our team at the University of Stirling. As a Facilitator, you will play a key role in reviewing and synthesizing evidence on a specific topic, co-designing and delivering an evidence-informed improvement project, and participating in our internal evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and synthesize evidence on a specific topic, including research, lived experience, and practice knowledge.
  • Co-design and deliver an evidence-informed improvement project, working closely with stakeholders and the host organization.
  • Participate in our internal evaluation, sharing learning and best practices with the team.
  • Share lessons learned with others, supporting the embedding of evidence-informed approaches in policy and practice across the UK.
  • Work collaboratively with the IMPACT team, contributing to the development of new ways of working and distilling lessons that can shape our future approaches.

Requirements
  • First degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Experience of applied research and/or the implementation of innovation/new ways of working in social care or a related area.
  • Strong commitment to co-production and embedding these principles in all aspects of work.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders.
  • High level of personal organization and motivation, with a collaborative and flexible approach to work.
