Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Management Office Specialist to join our team. This position will primarily focus on essential PMO functions, including Project Office Governance, Resource allocation assistance, Budget Management assessments, and data analysis to support our Senior Change team. The role will also involve collaborating with Project Managers to ensure effective governance in the execution of various projects and programs. This position offers a hybrid work model with a balance of office and remote work hours.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the accuracy of data and reports to maintain our Program and Project governance and standards. Manage processes that guarantee proper governance for project change orders and the project lifecycle, including the correct allocation of resources to capacity planners. Involvement in invoicing and timesheet reporting. Collaborate with the PMO team to uphold and promote best practices in Project and Program Office Management. Generate regular reports for Project or Program Managers and the PMO Manager/Change Portfolio Lead. Conduct Quality Assurance checks on Project or Program data, providing reports and trend analysis to ensure accurate and meaningful information, highlighting any discrepancies. Foster and maintain strong relationships within the program to facilitate effective project delivery.

Desired Qualifications

Familiarity with Project Office industry best practices and methodologies Understanding of Project & Programme Management industry standards and methodologies Currently pursuing or interested in Project Management certifications such as Prince2, APMP, or ISEB Experience in a Financial Services environment
