Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trading Floor Support Specialist to join our team at Paragon Personnel Ltd. As a Trading Floor Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our trading floor team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Calendar Management: Manage and maintain a high-volume calendar, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling of meetings and appointments.
  2. Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  3. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the trading floor team, including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as needed.
  4. Communication: Develop and maintain strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication, to effectively interact with senior-level executives and other stakeholders.
  5. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Working Hours: 45+ hour workweek, with overtime paid at time and a half. Full-time, in-office position.
