Job Summary:

Harrington Starr is seeking a highly skilled Trade Floor Support Specialist to join our team in Central London. As a key member of our front office support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our traders and resolving complex issues related to trading platforms and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support to front office traders, ensuring minimal disruption to trading activities.
  • Collaborate with the trading floor team to identify and resolve technical issues related to Bloomberg, Reuters, and other trading platforms.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of trading systems, including TradeWeb, Market Axess, and other third-party systems.
  • Offer expert-level Microsoft support for desktop applications and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest software and hardware technologies, including Cisco and Citrix.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a trade floor support role, preferably in a similar financial services environment.
  • Proven track record of resolving complex technical issues and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with Bloomberg, Reuters, and other trading platforms.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced trading environment.
