Contract Type: 6 month rolling contract with option to convert to full-time staff member

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Floor Support Specialist to join our team at Harrington Starr. As a Trade Floor Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to front office traders at an investment bank.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support for technical issues related to trading platforms and systems
  • Experience in fixing core system infrastructure related to trading platforms and systems such as Bloomberg and Reuters terminals, as well as third-party systems like TradeWeb and Market Axess
  • Good Microsoft support skills for desktop
  • Technical strength in Cisco and Citrix software and applications is preferred
  • Work in the office full-time, with no flexibility required

Requirements:

  • Must have worked in a trade floor support role recently and for more than 3 years
  • Experience of fixing core system infrastructure related to trading platforms and systems

What We Offer:

A competitive daily rate of £275-£350, with the option to convert to a full-time staff member after 6 months.
