Job Description for Financial Operations Coordinator at IPS Finance

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at IPS Finance. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing financial operations and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and timely financial records, including purchase ledger, sales ledger, and cash management.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Prepare regular supplier payment runs and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain detailed cost analysis reports.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, petty cash, and stock-related invoices.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as specified by the business.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office 365, particularly Advanced Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of Sage Line 50 is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
