About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Review and Financial Advice Team at Skipton Building Society.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, report generation, and document management.
  • Review and distribute incoming communication channels, such as online portals and mail requests.
  • Allocate resources and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient use of time.
  • Support the distribution of customer literature and meeting packs.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing processes to drive efficiencies.
  • Ensure that performance and behaviors align with the Society's Values & Behaviours Framework.
Requirements
  • Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adept at using data entry systems such as MS Excel, MS Access, and MS Outlook.
  • Ability to work at pace and adapt to changing priorities.
