About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Interim Finance Admin to provide essential administrative support to our finance department at Broster Buchanan Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry and Processing: Assist with data entry, invoice processing, and expense management to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and documentation, including bank statements and petty cash.
  • Accounting Support: Provide support to the finance team with various accounting tasks, including preparing and reconciling bank statements and petty cash.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Remuneration: c£24,000 depending upon relevant experience.
  • Remote Working: Enjoy the flexibility of remote working with a 37 hour working week.
  • Temporary Contract: 1 - 3 months temporary contract.
Requirements
  • Numerical Skills: Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Accounting Software: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or finance role.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
