Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Assistant to join our team at IPS Finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing various financial operations and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including purchase ledger, sales ledger, and cash management.
- Reconcile supplier statements and investigate any discrepancies.
- Prepare regular supplier payment runs and ensure compliance with company cash management processes.
- Develop and maintain detailed cost analysis reports.
- Reconcile bank accounts, manage petty cash, and analyze stock-related invoices.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as specified by the business.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of MS Office 365, particularly Advanced Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of Sage Line 50 is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
