The IPS Group is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join their team. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of financial activities within the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain complete, accurate and timely financial records, including purchase ledger, sales ledger and cash management.
- Carry out monthly supplier statement reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
- Prepare regular supplier payment runs in accordance with the company's cash management process.
- Maintain detailed costs analysis on specific cost lines and develop reports to support business decisions.
- Reconcile UK bank accounts, manage petty cash and analyze cash flow.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as specified by the business.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office 365, particularly Advanced Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of Sage Line 50 would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
