**Job Summary**

We are seeking an accomplished Finance Manager to oversee daily financial operations, drive growth, and lead the implementation of new finance and ERP systems. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for producing management accounts, preparing financial reports, and streamlining accounting processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Oversee daily financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting
* Produce management accounts and financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
* Implement and streamline accounting processes to improve efficiency
* Play a pivotal role in the implementation of new finance and ERP systems
* Manage budgeting and forecasting activities

**Requirements**

* Part-qualified or qualified status (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
* Strong knowledge of accounting processes and principles
* Proficiency in financial software and databases
* Excellent leadership qualities and communication skills
