  • Holiday trading scheme for buying and selling additional leave days.
  • Employer pension contribution matching (up to 10% per annum).
  • Commitment to training and professional development.
  • Private medical insurance for all employees.
  • Salary Sacrifice Scheme for Hybrid/Electric vehicles.
  • Colleague Mortgage options (conditions apply).
  • Three paid volunteering days each year.
  • Access to diverse and inclusive colleague networks, including Carers and Pride Alliance groups.
  • Health and wellbeing initiatives, including a cycle-to-work program and discounted gym memberships.

Key Responsibilities:

The Financial Planning Team is dedicated to supporting Financial Advisers with intricate aspects of Financial Advice. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Formulating suitable advice and completing mid-appointment activities in our systems.
  • Creating Suitability Reports for presentation to clients by Financial Advisers.
  • Analyzing and interpreting investment research related to clients' portfolios.
  • Understanding tax calculations to assist clients in achieving their financial objectives.
  • Coordinating multiple cases for advisers, requiring strong analytical skills.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for candidates who are:

  • Highly organized and capable of managing competing priorities.
  • Excellent communicators with the ability to set expectations and engage with stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, maintaining high standards of quality.

While prior experience in financial services is not mandatory for entry-level candidates, it is preferred. Ideal candidates will either have obtained or be pursuing their Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

These roles are open to individuals with varying levels of experience, as our progression scheme accommodates both fully qualified professionals and entry-level candidates with the potential for growth.
