Our employees consistently report high levels of job satisfaction, and we welcome innovative ideas to enhance our customer-centric approach.

Benefits:

As a Financial Planning Assistant, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:

  • Annual discretionary bonus scheme.
  • 25 days of standard annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing by one day for each year of service, up to a maximum of 30 days.
  • Holiday trading scheme allowing for the purchase or sale of additional leave days.
  • Employer pension contribution matching up to 10% per annum.
  • A strong commitment to professional training and development.
  • Private medical insurance for all employees.
  • Salary sacrifice scheme for hybrid or electric vehicles.
  • Colleague mortgage options (conditions apply).
  • Three paid volunteering days each year.
  • Access to diverse and inclusive colleague networks, including groups for Carers and Pride Alliance.
  • Wellbeing initiatives, including a cycle-to-work program and discounted gym memberships.

Key Responsibilities:

The Financial Planning Team assists Financial Advisers with intricate aspects of financial advice. Your primary tasks will include:

  • Analyzing and interpreting investment research related to client portfolios.
  • Conducting tax calculations to support client objectives.
  • Coordinating multiple cases for advisers, requiring strong analytical skills.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who are:

  • Highly organized and capable of managing competing priorities.
  • Effective communicators who can manage expectations and engage with stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, maintaining high standards of quality in all work.

While prior experience in financial services is not mandatory for entry-level candidates, it is preferred. Ideal candidates will have either obtained or be pursuing their Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. Our flexible progression scheme accommodates individuals at all experience levels, ensuring opportunities for growth within the financial advice sector.
