Position Overview:

The role of Financial Planning Assistant is a full-time, permanent opportunity requiring a commitment of 35 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.

Team Dynamics:

You will join the Financial Planning team, which comprises 54 professionals with diverse skills and experiences. Our focus is on collaborating with Financial Advisers to ensure optimal outcomes for our customers, working closely with various teams within the Financial Advice sector.

Key Responsibilities:

The Financial Planning team supports Financial Advisers in navigating complex financial matters. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Formulating suitable financial advice.
  • Completing mid-appointment activities within our systems.
  • Creating Suitability Reports for presentation to clients by Financial Advisers.

Required Skills:

We seek candidates who are:

  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Effective communicators, able to manage expectations and engage with stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, maintaining high standards of quality.

While prior experience in financial services is not mandatory for entry-level candidates, it is preferred. Ideal candidates will either hold or be pursuing a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
