We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at Nigel Wright Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and support to our business.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, cash flow statements, profit and loss statements, and annual budgets.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze and review cost management performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans to support business growth and strategic initiatives.
- Financial Control: Ensure accurate and timely financial data, including payroll management and new starter/leaver processes.
- Financial Compliance: Stay up-to-date with financial standards and legislation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Qualifications: AAT or part-qualified accounting professional with a passion for financial control systems and budget setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office 365, particularly Advanced Excel and Word. Knowledge of Sage Line 50 is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Experience with large data sets and the ability to manipulate data to inform business decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to influence and make an impact, coupled with a dynamic communication style.
