About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our dynamic team at Nigel Wright Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial direction of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present monthly financial statements, including balance sheet, cash flow, profit and loss, funds flow statements, annual budgets, and monthly management reports.
  • Analyze and review cost management performance to ensure optimal results.
  • Coordinate new starter and leaver processes, and manage payroll with precision.
  • Stay up-to-date with financial standards and legislation.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial support and analysis as required.
Requirements
  • AAT or Part Qualified with a passion for financial control systems and budget setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, especially Advanced Excel and Word.
  • Experience with large data sets and the ability to manipulate data.
  • Ability to produce management accounts and provide analysis.
  • Commercial mindset with a deep understanding of how different business facets work together.
  • Accurate, precise, inquisitive, reliable, and determined personality with a positive outlook.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to influence and make an impact, coupled with a dynamic communication style.
