The Role
We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to play a key role in supporting our team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Manage customer inquiries and respond to phone calls
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence
- Assist with customer service tasks, including answering queries and providing information
- Maintain and update client records in our database
- Support the team with ad-hoc tasks as required
- Liaise with mortgage lenders, estate agents, and solicitors to progress applications
- Support advisers with processing of applications
