About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our Review and Financial Advice Team at Skipton Building Society.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective allocation of tasks.
  • Review and manage inbound communication channels, including online portals and mail requests.
  • Distribute opportunities and information to relevant colleagues, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Accurately enter data into core systems, maintaining high levels of data integrity.
  • Support the distribution of customer literature and meeting packs, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Prepare and provide reports to the Leadership Team, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing processes, driving efficiencies and enhancing customer experience.
Requirements
  • Excellent data entry skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work at pace.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information.
  • Adept at using data entry systems, including MS Excel, MS Access, and MS Outlook.
