The Role

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to play a key role in supporting our team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Manage customer inquiries and respond to queries
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Assist with customer service tasks, including answering queries and providing information
  • Maintain and update client records in our database
  • Support the team with ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Liaise with mortgage lenders, estate agents, and solicitors to progress applications
  • Support advisers with processing of applications
