Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Operating, fitting, and maintaining On-Track Machines (OTM) in accordance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborating with team members to address and resolve operational challenges.
  • Adhering to scheduled shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights, with potential overnight stays.

Role Objectives:
As part of your role, you will:

  • Fit, operate, and maintain OTMs while following established competency standards and safety protocols.
  • Participate in comprehensive training programs to enhance your skills.

Essential Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A certification in Vehicle, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering at NVQ Level 3 or an equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication abilities and proficiency in computer systems.
  • A clean, full, and valid driving license.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
  • A collaborative mindset and a positive approach to teamwork.
  • A mechanical aptitude and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights.
