Must be able to work in offices in Central London for at least 3 days per week with the option to work two days remotely.

About the Role:

Fourteen People is seeking an experienced HR consultant to join their team as a Human Resources Business Partner. As a trusted advisor, you will be the first point of contact for all day-to-day HR queries, ensuring their clients receive a first-class people experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full generalist HR support and strategy, including advising on HR policies, procedures, and administration.
  • Advise on employment relations cases independently.
  • Recruitment and selection, including providing interview support and liaising with recruitment partners.
  • Retention and development.
  • People and performance management.
  • Compensation and benefits.

Requirements:

  • Previous HR experience, ideally gained in a media or agency environment, including strong employment relations exposure.
  • A thorough understanding of HR procedures and up-to-date employment legislation.
  • Superb communication skills and the ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Ability to "hit the ground running" and work under minimal supervision.
