Job Summary

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leadership Partner HR Management Advisor to join our team on an ongoing long-term contracted assignment. As a key member of our client's HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to management and trade unions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR concepts and strategies aligned with the company's HR and business objectives.
  • Represent business interests in cross-functional meetings and activities.
  • Oversee the selection and hiring process for open positions, including contractual changes and disciplinary measures.
  • Provide advice and support on employment legislation, grievance procedures, and absence management.
  • Drive and steer HR initiatives, including portfolio management, development talks, and trade union negotiations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR management, with a strong understanding of employment legislation and HR processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive data and topics.
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in HR or business management.
  • Knowledge of company agreements, HR policies, and systems.
  • Ability to handle pressure, solve problems, and make decisions.
