We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to join our professional HR service at Sa\u00fcd Business School. Reporting to the Director of People and Organisational Development, you will work proactively with senior leaders and managers within the School, enabling them to achieve departmental and School-wide objectives.

Your key responsibility will be the development of a Workforce Plan, covering the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and retention to organisational change and development. This will involve serving as the lead HR contact for a defined client area, delivering strategic HR support aligned with business objectives.

You will have extensive experience advising line managers on a wide range of HR issues within complex organisations, preferably in a unionised environment. You should hold or be willing to work towards a CIPD Level 7 qualification, and possess a deep understanding of employment law and HR best practices.

The role requires a proactive and professional approach, with the ability to coach managers, influence senior leadership and develop effective working relationships at all levels.
