Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR concepts and strategies aligned with the company's HR and business objectives.
  • Represent business interests in cross-functional meetings and activities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee the selection and recruitment process for open positions, ensuring the best candidates are selected for the role.
  • Manage contractual changes, including new hires, job changes, promotions, salary changes, and one-off payments.
  • Provide advice and support on disciplinary measures and grievance procedures, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
  • Administer and apply Portfolio, Portfolio Light, and Development Talks, driving employee development and growth.
  • Manage Absence Management and Trade Union negotiations, ensuring compliance with company agreements and HR processes.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of employment legislation and experience working with trade unions.
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive data and topics.
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in HR or Business Management.
  • Experience with company agreements, HR processes, policies, instruments, and systems.
  • Ability to handle pressure, solve problems, and conflicts, with highly developed communication skills.
  • Prioritization, assertiveness, and decision-making skills, with strong interpersonal skills and judgment.
