We are seeking a highly skilled Leadership Partner HR Management Advisor to join our client's team on an ongoing long-term contracted assignment.

As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to management and trade unions, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR concepts and strategies aligned with the company's HR/Business strategy
  • Represent business interests in cross-functional meetings and negotiations
  • Oversee the selection and onboarding of new employees, including contractual changes and disciplinary measures
  • Provide advice and support on absence management and trade union negotiations

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of employment legislation and experience working with trade unions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive data and topics
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in HR/Business Management
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
