  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering business growth
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and implement commercial strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions
