Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional commercial professional to lead our HR Shared Services team. As Interim Head of HR Shared Services Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to deliver high-quality HR services to our partner organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to deliver high-quality HR services to our partner organizations.
  • Work closely with our partners to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their HR requirements.
  • Lead a team of HR professionals to deliver HR services, including organization design, development programs, workforce planning, learning & development, and employment vetting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our partners to ensure excellent service delivery and build our reputation as a provider of choice.
  • Ensure financial efficiency and sustainability of our HR services, while delivering superior services to our partners.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive commercial experience developing large-scale HR services.
  • Experience working at a senior level in local government or a comparable regulated organization.
  • High standards for service delivery and a commitment to excellence.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial dynamics.
  • Ability to navigate complex HR services and deliver innovative solutions.
