Job Description

Service Management

  • Develop and maintain existing client relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Liaise with the clients' oversight team to ensure that service meets their requirements and expectations.
  • Manage communication and participate in resolving any service issues that may arise.
  • Understand the client's business operations and products to provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on current client relationship status through regular review of management reports, such as client feedback and issue management.

Issue Management

  • Act as a contact point for day-to-day service issues raised by clients or internal contacts.
  • Produce and maintain a service issues log on a weekly basis.
  • Liaise with operational area contacts to ensure service is delivered within service level agreements (SLAs) and quality is measured within key performance indicators (KPIs).

Reporting

  • Review and validate KPI pack information.
  • Monitor service against KPIs and dispatch monthly KPI reports within agreed service levels.
  • Provide commentary for KPI pack.

Stream Reporting

  • Ensure relevant information is available for Lead CSM representation at weekly stream meetings.

Communication

  • Provide service management-related information to client contacts in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Liaise with internal operational/IT counterparts to facilitate information flow and appropriate actions.

Meeting Management

  • Participate in meetings (internal and external) and conference calls, as required.
  • Attend necessary internal prep meetings.
  • Contribute to the completion of supporting meeting documentation – agenda, minutes, actions, etc.

SS&C Products & Services

  • Develop knowledge of SS&C products and services.

Team Management

Sharing Best Practice

  • Initiate and participate in departmental best practice discussions across streams.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Carry out any other duties that are within the employee's skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed to support continuous development.
