Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Transport Division at ARC (Norwich) Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Conduct thorough searches and screenings to identify top-tier candidates for client job requirements.
- Sales and Marketing: Utilize industry knowledge and expertise to attract new clients and drive business growth through face-to-face meetings, sales calls, and networking events.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong networks of candidates and clients through effective relationship management.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Candidate Support: Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, including resume writing, interview preparation, and salary negotiations.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients and candidates.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
- Recruitment Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing and assessment techniques.
- Technology Familiarity: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Organisation and Time Management: Strong organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
