Business Development and Social Media Manager Opportunity at Focus Resourcing

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development and Social Media Manager to join our team at Focus Resourcing.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining a strong online presence, driving business growth, and promoting our services through social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:
    • Create and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
    • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
    • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Marketing and Communications:
    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our services and brand.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns.
    • Manage and maintain our website and other online platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development and social media management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
