Job Opportunity in Automotive Retail Business Development

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at Company. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion in the automotive retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, engage with clients to understand their needs, and develop strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
  2. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  3. Account Management: Manage existing client relationships, build strong partnerships, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  4. Performance Analysis: Analyze business performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth.
  5. Team Support: Provide training and support to teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Requirements:

  1. Essential: Valid UK driver's license, experience in Business to Business (B2B) sales, account management, or similar roles.
  2. Preferable but not required: Experience in motor trade retail sales.

Package:

  1. Basic Salary of up to £35,000 (depending on experience)
  2. OTE of up to £45,000 UNCAPPED + Commission payable from 1st month
  3. Company car & fuel card to cover business miles
  4. 22 days holiday plus bank holidays & Company pension scheme

Working Hours: Monday to Friday [9:00am – 5:00pm]
