Job Title: EUC Development Specialist

SS&C Technologies Holdings is seeking a skilled EUC Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Global Investor and Distribution Solutions (GIDS) business unit, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise-wide EUC tools, reporting processes, and collaborative DevOps solutions.

About the Role

This role requires a strong analytical and technical skillset, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment. You will be responsible for receiving and translating new development requests into functional tools and/or reports, working closely with the business to ensure optimum outcomes.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain EUC tools and reporting processes to drive business intelligence, efficiency, and quality improvements.
  • Collaborate with the business to ensure that all development requests are translated into functional tools and/or reports.
  • Apply detailed knowledge of available applications to ensure that all code is designed to produce best outcomes.
  • Communicate and negotiate outcomes with internal users and management company contacts.
  • Carry out any other duties which are within the employee's skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.
Your Experience
  • Advanced MS Office - Excel/VBA
  • Complex problem solving
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills
  • Effective communication and negotiation
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Database creation and query - SQL, Oracle, Access
  • SAP Business Objects development
  • DB query tools - Infomaker/Cognos
  • Experience in Financial Services
  • Experience working within multidiscipline teams
