About the Role

This role is pivotal in developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise-wide tools, reporting processes, and collaborative DevOps solutions within the EUC domain. Your contributions will directly impact business intelligence and quality improvements across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Transform development requests into functional tools and insightful reports.
  • Effectively manage development requests and collaborate with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Implement best practices and industry standards in coding and EUC production, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Maintain strict adherence to EUC and data transfer policies, safeguarding sensitive information.
  • Actively participate in problem-solving initiatives and contribute to comprehensive documentation.
  • Communicate clearly and negotiate effectively with internal users to foster collaboration and achieve shared goals.
  • Embrace a flexible approach and readily undertake other duties as assigned.
Experience Required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
  • Strong technical skills with a focus on databases and SAP Business Objects.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
  • Experience within the Financial Services industry is highly valued.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
