Business Development Manager Role

Company Overview:

Noble Recruiting, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our services and products to gain new business and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts to support business growth planning.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
