Position: Residential Sales Consultant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Residential Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The primary focus of this role is driving sales and serving as the main contact for prospective homebuyers, assisting them throughout their journey from the first meeting to the successful handover of their new property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manages sales activities by leveraging marketing materials, model homes, and relationships with developers.
  • Acts as a trusted advisor for homebuyers from initial consultation to property completion.
  • Enhances buyer confidence by effectively communicating the features and advantages of our properties.
  • Identifies the needs of potential buyers and presents tailored solutions to foster engagement.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in Residential Sales with a builder/developer or relevant sales experience such as Estate Agency, Sales Negotiation, or Automotive Sales
  • Proven ability to build relationships and achieve sales targets in a performance-driven environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Resilient, organized, detail-oriented, and numerate
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in IT (MS Office, internet, email systems)
