Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Homes Sales Advisor to join our team at Allen & Harris Estate Agents. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on new homes and developments, highlighting the benefits and features of each property.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure the company remains competitive.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the residential property sector, preferably with a developer or estate agent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
