New Homes Sales Negotiator Opportunity
Hooray Works Ltd is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to join their Land and New Homes team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with new home developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate the sales of new homes, liaising with the sales progression team through to completion
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing new home developers
- Identify and generate opportunities for the Land and New Homes team
Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a New Homes environment highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- First class relationship building skills
- A Full UK driving license and access to your own business appropriate vehicle
What We Offer:
- Annual salary of £30,000 with OTE of £45,000+
