New Homes Sales Liaison
Are you a highly driven and ambitious individual looking for a challenging opportunity to take full ownership of your role? Do you want to work within an employee-focused, values-led organisation?
We are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Liaison to join our Land and New Homes team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with existing new home developers, identifying and generating opportunities for the team, and negotiating the sales of new homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing new home developers
- Identify and generate opportunities for the Land and New Homes team
- Negotiate the sales of new homes, liaising with the sales progression team through to completion
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience working within a New Homes environment highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- First-class relationship building skills
- A Full UK driving license and access to your own business-appropriate vehicle
- Proven background of delivering exceptional results
We offer an annual salary of £30,000 with OTE of £45,000+ and a range of employee benefits, including 24 days holiday, an employee well-being programme, and a company profit share scheme.
