Are you a highly driven and ambitious sales professional looking for a new challenge?

My client, a successful Estate and Lettings Agency, is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to join their Land and New Homes team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and a strong background in sales negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing new home developers
  • Identify and generate opportunities for the Land and New Homes team
  • Negotiate the sales of new homes, liaising with the sales progression team through to completion
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working within a New Homes environment highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • First class relationship building skills
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own business appropriate vehicle
  • Proven background of delivering exceptional results

My client is offering a competitive annual salary of up to GBP30,000 with OTE of GBP45,000+.
