New Homes Sales Professional

At Hooray, we're seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Professional to join our Land and New Homes team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with existing new home developers, identifying and generating opportunities for the team, and negotiating the sales of new homes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new home developers
• Identify and generate opportunities for the Land and New Homes team
• Negotiate the sales of new homes, liaising with the sales progression team through to completion
Requirements:
• Previous experience working within a New Homes environment highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• First-class relationship building skills
• A Full UK driving license and access to your own business-appropriate vehicle

Salary: Up to £30,000 with OTE of £45,000+
