Salary: £30,000 to £37,000 depending on experience

Job Type: Permanent full time - Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (hybrid working office 3 times a week)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Sales Specialist to join our team at AB Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing client enquiries and creating bespoke holidays across Latin America.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Respond to client enquiries by phone and email, providing expert knowledge and advice on our destinations and products.
  2. Actively prospect and qualify clients to maintain a healthy sales pipeline, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers to create innovative and bespoke holiday experiences, delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding sales targets.
  4. Maintain and update CRM and CMS systems with relevant sales, product, and destination information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  5. Assist the marketing and product teams with promotional content, writing new blogs, and sourcing visual content from industry partners.
  6. Meet KPIs and ensure company performance goals are achieved, maximizing booking margins and customer ratings.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A proven track record of working with HNW and UHNW individuals and achieving sales and service targets within a relationship-based approach.
  • In-depth knowledge of multiple countries in Latin America.
  • Exceptional people and sales skills, with strong storytelling abilities and a solid foundation in basic maths.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programmes and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to deliver quality and success in a high-pressure environment.
