Location: Cirencester

Salary: £30,000 to £37,000 depending on experience

Job Type: Permanent full time - Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (hybrid working office 3 times a week)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Travel Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client enquiries and creating bespoke holidays across Latin America using your unique destination knowledge and product insight.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage client enquiries via telephone, video call, email, and sometimes in person to create the most extraordinary and commercially viable journeys across Latin America.
  2. Contribute to the ongoing development of the business, working individually and collectively to achieve mutual success for our customers and partners.
  3. Enhance customer experience by expertly weaving philanthropic engagement into our bespoke holidays to make the journeys more meaningful and authentic.
  4. Respond to client enquiries by phone and email.
  5. Actively prospect and qualify clients to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  6. Brainstorm with colleagues and suppliers to create the most bespoke and innovative journeys and convincingly deliver your ideas to the clients.
  7. Maintain and update the CRM and CMS systems with all relevant sales, product, and destination information and updates.
  8. Assist the marketing and product teams with promotional content, writing new blogs, and sourcing visual content from relevant industry partners.
  9. Meet the KPIs and ensure that your own and the company's performance goals are achieved, which will involve maximising booking margins and customer ratings.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of working with HNW and UHNW individuals and achieving sales and service targets within a relationship-based approach. You should have in-depth knowledge of multiple countries in Latin America, exceptional people and sales skills, strong storytelling skills, and a solid foundation in basic maths. You should also have good knowledge of MS Office programmes and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.

We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and adaptable individual who is passionate about conservation, wildlife, people, and Latin America in general. You should be able to bounce back from disappointments and stay grounded when you experience the highs. You should also be able to uphold the standard of service with every call you make and email you send.
