New Homes Sales Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated New Homes Sales Advisor to join our team at Allen & Harris Estate Agents. This role focuses on driving sales and serving as the main contact for prospective homebuyers, assisting them throughout the journey from the first meeting to the completion of their new residence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manages sales initiatives by leveraging marketing materials, model homes, and developer partnerships.
  • Acts as a trusted advisor and primary liaison for homebuyers from initial consultation to home handover.
  • Enhances buyer confidence by effectively communicating the features and advantages of our home offerings.
  • Facilitates engagement by accurately identifying the needs of potential buyers and providing tailored solutions.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Experience in New Homes Sales with a builder/developer or relevant sales experience such as Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator, Lettings Sales, or Automotive Sales
  • Proven ability to build relationships and achieve sales targets in a results-oriented environment
  • Exceptional customer service and client care skills
  • Resilient, organized, detail-oriented, and numerate
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in IT skills (MS Office, internet, email)
