Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Homes Sales Advisor to join our team at Allen & Harris Estate Agents. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on new homes and developments, highlighting the benefits and features of each property.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote new homes and developments.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in new homes sales or a related field, preferably with a builder or developer.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other sales-related software.
