About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Manager to join our team at Evelina London. As Operations Manager - Outpatient Services, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all operational issues across the Outpatient Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on a programme of improvements across the service to enhance patient experience and outcomes.
  • Work with services to manage and develop their network portfolios, aligning with the hospital's strategic objectives.
  • Ensure the effective provision of outpatients in accordance with agreed objectives, targets, quality standards, controls, and resource constraints.
  • Deliver a range of Allied Health Professional (AHP) and Psychology services, including Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics, Physiotherapy, and Psychology.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, patient flow, and staff productivity.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve service excellence and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in operations management, service delivery, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve service delivery.
  • Knowledge of quality standards, patient safety, and risk management principles.
