What You Will Be Doing:

  • Assisting residents with personal care and daily living tasks.

  • Collaborating with colleagues and external agencies to meet residents' needs.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable adults.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in caregiving, whether professional or personal.
  • Empathy and understanding of the needs of vulnerable individuals.
  • Strong communication skills to connect with diverse clients.
  • Commitment to treating others with dignity and respect.
  • Ability to follow care plans and monitor changes in residents' conditions.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
