Hours: 22.5 hours per week (over 3 days), 38 weeks

**Salary**: £21,450 pro rata

Landmarks is an independent specialist college for young people with learning disabilities and difficulties. The college offers a wide range of programmes that are tailored to each individual’s needs.

Landmarks operates from several sites across; Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and South Yorkshire, with our main site located in Eckington, S21 4EF. Landmarks has several satellite provisions in Rotherham, Nottingham city Centre and an operating hospitality and catering facility in Rainworth, Mansfield. These environments enable the college to provide a range of personal and vocational training opportunities.

Our staff are required to work on a range of different sites, including; college campuses, employer’s premises or communities local to your learners home - therefore willingness to travel is essential. There may be a requirement to transport learners in your own car, insurance implications are reimbursed. Mileage and expenses are provided for travel during the working day.

**Main Responsibilities**

Your responsibilities will include, but are not restricted to:

- Manage administrative tasks, including maintaining learner audit records, preparing reports, and updating databridge accounts. Ensuring accurate and timely data entry into relevant databases and systems.
- To book in all Lifelong Learning Assessment in line with Manager availability.
- Serve as a point of contact for learners and their families, addressing enquiries, providing information, and maintaining positive relationships. Communicate program updates, schedules, and changes effectively and promptly.
- Prepare documentation for new and existing learners in line with manager instruction.
- Coordinate and schedule cover of Lifelong learning, ensuring appropriate coverage for all program activities. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among staff members.
- To Liaise and work in unison with the Way finder team to increase LLL+ placements.
- To assess and set up Lifelong Learning Plus work placements in line with Way finder expectation.
- To liaise with learner employers for progress of learner.
- To visit and monitor Lifelong Learner on placement and complete relevant welfare checks.
- Complete all relevant documentation and update files to reflect.
- To be willing to travel independently to all Landmarks sites and work placements.
- Be willing to adapt to change according to daily service requirement and cover Lifelong Learning sessions if service requires.
- Any other duty as directed by Lifelong Learning manager.
