We are recruiting Care Assistants to provide care and support to people living in the S21 area which includes:

For this role we are recruiting:
Female applicants Drivers with access to a car and a valid UK driving licencePay: £ p/hr (drivers) - travel time included
Shift Pay rather than pay per call; allowing you to go Above & Beyond when supporting clients to achieve outcomes, maintain independence and build community connections. Mileage: 45p per mile for drivers Bonus schemes : up to £300 new starter, £300 Refer a Friend, £300 annual bonus. £25 birthday gift voucher.As a Care Assistant for Be Caring , your working hours will be aligned to our shift patterns, which for this role include late shift working and alternate weekends.
Early Shifts: 7:00am - 3:00pm Late shift: 3:00pm - 10:00pm (finish time depends on public transport times)As a Care Assistant for Be Caring , we will agree your working pattern, setting 2-week rota which includes:
Alternate full weekends. Evenings as agreed within your working hours.Benefits
Fully funded DBS. Paid induction training: 1 week classroom-based (Monday - Friday), 2 days shadowing and additional online modules. Training development: funded Level 2 and other accredited courses. Holiday pay: annual leave accumulates with working hours and length of service. Employee Assistance Programme (EAP): 24-hour helpline, advice and guidance for yourself and dependents. You may already have many of the skills needed to make an excellent Care Assistant for Be Caring. Patience, empathy, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively are all essential qualities for this role.
As a Care Assistant working in Sheffield , you will:
Provide personal care that protects people's dignity . Promote independence using enabling approaches. Support people to meet their outcomes , involving families and professionals. Connect people to their communities accessing local support and services. Deliver personalised care through individual choice and control. Be a strong and effective communicator , documenting, reporting, and sharing information with the right people at the right time.Induction Training
