About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Companion to join our team at Be Caring. As a Care Companion, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in the Sheffield area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to clients, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Support clients in achieving their goals and outcomes, while promoting community engagement and social connections.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues, documenting and reporting relevant information as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in care and support, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a car (for drivers).
